Shipping

Shipping is free on every rug, worldwide. Each rug is professionally cleaned, rolled, and wrapped before dispatch, and every shipment is fully tracked and insured.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery: USA 4–8 business days, Europe 5–10, rest of world 7–14. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your rug ships.

Returns

We want you to love your rug. If it's not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return authorization. Rugs must come back in the condition received. Once we receive and inspect the rug, we refund the full purchase price.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Most of our destinations see no or minimal charges for used/vintage goods, but rules vary by country.
